Terms, fair use & health guidance
Pre-opening version. These will be updated with the final booking terms before we open; founders will be sent them first.
Reservations before opening
- Reserving a founding place or registering interest costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side.
- Founding places are allocated in the order reservations are received, one per person (one email address). The counters on the site are live but not contractual.
- Before opening we'll email you to confirm your place and set up a direct debit. If you don't confirm, your place may be released to the next person on the list.
- If Halo Wellness Club does not open, all reservations lapse and nothing has been paid.
Memberships
- All prices include VAT. Memberships are billed monthly by direct debit from opening day.
- Minimum term three months, then monthly rolling. Cancel with one month's notice by email.
- Founding memberships hold their price for 12 months from opening while the membership stays active, then move to the standard price unless we tell you otherwise. Founders can move up a tier and keep the founding discount on the new tier if a founding place is available in it.
- Memberships are personal. A member may bring a guest into their private suite session for £20; the guest completes the health questionnaire like everyone else. Couples memberships name two people who use each session together; the named pair can be changed once every three months.
- Unused sessions on fixed memberships expire at the end of the month. Flex credits roll over for 1 further month.
- Freezes: up to two months a year for injury, illness, pregnancy or travel, by email, at no charge.
Booking, lateness and no-shows
- All sessions are appointments, booked online, 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Members have priority; non-member bookings take the remaining slots.
- Sessions start on time. Arriving late shortens your session; it doesn't shift it. Cancel free up to four hours before; repeated no-shows (three in a month) may limit how far ahead you can book.
- A private suite booking is for one or two people as booked. Children are not permitted in the suites, treatment rooms or chamber.
- Member add-ons (sessions above your allowance) are charged at the member price shown on the site: £45–£49 for an extra private suite session, £15 red light, £39 hyperbaric oxygen, £20 a guest.
Health guidance
Halo Wellness Club provides wellness and recovery services and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment unless explicitly stated. Please seek appropriate medical advice before using sauna, cold-water immersion, red light therapy or hyperbaric oxygen therapy where relevant.
You'll complete a short health questionnaire before your first session and we may ask you to get a GP's go-ahead before using a particular pillar.

| Cold plunge | The cold shock response is real. Not for people with heart conditions, Raynaud's, uncontrolled blood pressure or during pregnancy without GP advice. Enter slowly, exhale, never alone on your first visit, and never hold your breath underwater. |
| Red light | Wear the goggles provided. Not with photosensitising medication, a recent eye procedure, or a history of light-triggered seizures without GP advice. No UV; no tanning. |
| Hyperbaric oxygen | Absolute exclusions: untreated pneumothorax, certain lung conditions, recent ear or sinus surgery, an active cold or sinus infection you can't equalise through. Pregnancy, heart conditions, epilepsy, diabetes on insulin, and claustrophobia need a GP's go-ahead. No lighters, electronics or petroleum-based products in the chamber. |
If anything changes in your health, tell us before your next session. If you feel unwell during any session, stop and tell a member of staff.
Age
- Members and visitors must be 18 or over.
