How Halo Wellness Club handles your details before and after we open.
What we collect
- Founding reservations and interest registrations: your name, email, optional phone number, the membership you chose, and the answers you give about goals, frequency and timing.
- Enquiries and contact messages: your name, email and message.
- Technical: the page you sent a form from and the time. We don't run analytics or advertising cookies unless and until you accept them on the banner, and there is no banner until we run ads.
What we use it for
- To hold your founding place, tell you the address and opening date, and set up your membership when we open.
- To reply to your message.
- To decide what to build: how many private suites, how many treatment rooms, how many chamber hours. We look at answers in aggregate.
- If you ticked the box, occasional emails about opening and member offers. A few a year. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
Where it's stored and who sees it
- On our own server in the UK, in a plain data file, with an email alert to the owner for each submission via Amazon SES. Nobody else sees it and we never sell or share it.
- Your browser also keeps a local copy of what you submitted (so a flaky connection doesn't lose it). You can clear it with your site data.
How long we keep it
- Reservations and registrations: until twelve months after we open, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Enquiries: twelve months.
- Membership records after opening: for as long as you're a member and six years after for accounting.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you by emailing hello@halowellnessclub.com. We'll do it within a week. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we've got something wrong.
Health information
Before we open we don't ask for any health information. When we do (the questionnaire before your first session), it will be kept separately, seen only by staff who need it, and never used for marketing.
