A treatment room lit by warm red light

A session

Simple, on purpose.

  1. 1

    Your room

Private and yours for the session. Wear as little as you like; the more skin, the more light.

  2. 2

    Goggles on, lie back

The bed covers you top to toe. It feels warm, not hot. Fifteen to twenty minutes is the session.

  3. 3

    Then carry on

No downtime. Lots of members do it straight after the plunge, when the skin is already flushed.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

What is red light therapy?

15–20 min in a private treatment room under red (around 660nm) and near-infrared (around 850nm) LEDs. It's warm, not hot, and the room is yours. People use it for skin, muscle recovery and sleep.

How often should I come?

Most research uses three to five sessions a week for the first month, then two or three to maintain. That's why Light 8 exists, and why it's a single credit on Flex.

Do I need eye protection?

Goggles are provided and we ask you to wear them. The light is bright but not UV; there's no tanning effect.

Is it the same as a sunbed?

No. There is no ultraviolet light. Red and near-infrared light sits at the other end of the spectrum and doesn't tan or burn.

What does it cost?

Light 4 is £59 a month for four sessions, Light 8 is £99 for eight; extra sessions are £15 for members. On Flex, a session is one credit.
