A Finnish sauna, a cold plunge beside it, a private shower, private changing space and somewhere to sit and cool down. Towels are provided. It's yours for the hour.

Most people do three rounds: 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, one to three minutes in the plunge, a few minutes to breathe and warm up, then again. Our team will help you find your rhythm the first time.

Yes. The suite can be booked for one or two people, and members can bring a guest into their suite for £20.

Yes, in everything but name. It's a purpose-built cold plunge tub held at 3 to 6°C with filtered, chilled water, which is colder and cleaner than a bath of ice and stays that way all day. Cold water immersion, ice bath, cold plunge: same thing here.

No. The suite has a traditional Finnish sauna with a stove and stones, running at 80 to 90°C, with proper löyly when you ladle water on. Infrared is the red light room next door, which is a different thing: warm, not hot, and all about the light.

At launch there's one private suite, one red light room and one hyperbaric chamber. The suite is booked by the hour and is the scarcest thing we have, so it costs the most credits. The Private Suite memberships are the better value if the suite is what you mainly want.

The sauna runs at 80 to 90°C; the plunge is held at 3 to 6°C. Both are checked and logged daily.

Swimwear and flip-flops. Towels are provided, and the suite has its own shower, changing space and hairdryer.

Private Suite 2 is £109 a month for two sessions; Private Suite 4 is £189 for a session every week. The couples versions, for two of you in the same suite, are £149 and £269. Extra sessions are £45–£49 for members.
